This was probably recorded in 1984, when Tal was on tour with "The Great Eight": Teddy Wilson, Johnny Mince, Buddy Tate, Billy Butterfield, Red Norvo, Slam Stewart, and Sam Woodyard. I've met them all in my hometown where they performed in a bank.Happy birthday, Tal Farlow! (June 7, 1921 – July 25, 1998)
